Good Leak Down Test

I am very pleased to announce that the shop that told me that my engine
was shot at 133k miles was full of shit. I took my car in to an auto
electric shop to see why my knock sensor and atmospheric pressure sensor
kept triggering ECU error codes. Thay told me that my car had terrible
blow-by and that one cylinder was down 40psi from the other three. They
said that pressure in the crankcase was causing all my problems. I was
devastated. Even though I own spare EJ22T and EJ20G engines, it is a
matter of personal pride for me to get maximum life out of any engine
that I am currently abusing. My car has never used a drop of oil and it
has never given a puff of smoke, even on start-up. I just couldn't
accept their grim prognosis. I took it in to another shop for a leak
down test and they told me that it has 150lbs compression on all four,
with two showing 5% leak down and two showing 10% leak down. I believe
that is pretty damn good. Does anyone else have any compression and/or
leak down data to share for perspective?
The guy at TuneTech suggested that my knock sensor errors are caused by
carbon bbuild-up and that I should get the engine warmed up and allow it
to drink one cup of cold water through a vacuum line that will feed all
four cylinders. He mentioned some miracle tiger-pee-in-a-can called Sea
Foam, but he said that straight water does the trick. It is important
to keep the revs up so as not to kill the engine. Does anyone else have
any experience with decarbonizing procedures?
TuneTech also said that my pressure control solenoid valve might be
causing my atmospheric pressure sensor errors.
