Engine harness's different?

My weekend project seems to have taken a wrong turn. I was going to swap my motor/tranny out of my '91 SS 5spd into my '93 SS 4EAT, but the engine harness connectors behind the battery are different. Not only do they have more/less wires going to them they are different style connectors. What do I do? I don't really want to swap the 5spd onto the '93 motor, but if that is what I have to do then.... Thanks

Just use the engine harness from the 93. It can be a pain to swap, but not too bad.

Yeah, I used my 90 legacy n/a engine harness. I just had to move the coolant temp sensor pins, but you shouldn't have to do that since they're both turbo's.

Thanks for the help. Wasn't bad just didn't want to do it. I'll probably post with some more question so stay tuned. :D

Ok everything is swapped over. I did the plug n play harnesses and now the car won't even try to start. I can hear the relay working when I turn the key but it won't crank. Any opinions? Car was originally '93 SS 4EAT now with a '91 motor and 5spd. Thanks
