Belt Slipping causing problems

After I replaced my timing belt, I did the serpintine (sp) belt as well. I noted that the PS pump bearing was nearly gone, so I'd have to fix it eventually. Well, my PS started acting really funny, and I could hear the belt slip when I'd start the car up, so I replaced the bearing. My problems still haven't gone away.
The biggest thing I notice is that during normal driving, the PS acts really funny. Sometimes it feels normal, and other times every bump makes the steering wheel pull to one side. It isn't a constant thing though, it comes and goes. I've also noticed that the belt is still slipping on occasion, and I can see the belt dust around the engine bay. I don't think it's the PS pump, so there's only the alternator and crank pulley. I haven't noticed any dimming lights or anything, so I don't know what to think. I've checked the tension in the belt and it's fine, so I don't know where to go. Any ideas?
