Head build up question??

So right now I am doing a fun engine build up completely forged block from a 99rs, and dohc 99 legacy gt heads. On the heads right now I am justing getting them ported and polished, and going with stage 2 cam's. My question is with have an auto trans and only reving to 6500-7000rpm at the most is there any reason to get performance valve springs, TI retainers, and performance valves? Also with the block set up I have now I am going to have 8.1 compression if I go with a stock subrau metal head gaskets will it lower my compression if not how much would a cometic lower it? My final question is if I plan to run 20-25 lbs of boost would I need to go with arp head bolts or go with brand new stock ones cause the idea of braking a head bolt seems a little far fetched when were talking grade 8 or higher stock ones?
