Stock turbo from a 2005 Legacy GT Turbo, less than 5000 miles

IHI VF 40

Question is; Will this turbo bolt fairly easily to a 1991 EJ22T Legacy Turbo sedan with little or no fab/mods?

Also, would it be worth it?

No that is not a bolt-on type turbo, and would require a bit of work to make it fit.
