valve covers are dry

ok... so is it weird to pull off the valve covers and find that everything is dry? lol i havent had one valve train problem, but when i pulled the covers everything even inside the cover was BONE DRY..... i have never had this problem. unless i let the motor sit for months. the motor has been sitting for only 3 days.... anyway what do ya guys think?

If you check the dipstick, and there's plenty of oil, and the car wasn't tapping valves or anything like that when you last drove it, then it's fine.

Mine looked pretty dry when I did my valve covers many moons ago. I didn't think anything of it, and I haven't had a problem in almost 60k miles.

yea everything was cool, before i took the valve covers off everything was cool except for the leak. i just found it weird
