Aftermarket Alarm/Doors/Start/Trunk System

So, I got one of these nice systems for Christmas. I have a few questions about it before I get going on the wiring (someone with electrical knowledge could chime in
).
1. Where should I get a +12v lead? I don't really wanna strip more wires than I have to, but I would like to get one that's hot all the time.
2. The trunk release is going to be a pain because it's not electrical. Is there a way I could add an actuator to this so I could use the release system? The alarm set didn't come with any actuators (but, I just got one for the door). Would it be possible to use a door one for the trunk or do I need a different type?
3. I think I've got the door system figured out...it's just a matter of getting the actuator and setting it correctly to unlock the doors.
TIA for any advice.
