Any of you have experience with JC Sports intake filter?

I am filling out an order form and just thought I might ask for
reviews. I drive a 93 Touring Wagon "Turbo" and wonder if their
claims are accurate. 8% kick in horsepower 13.5 Hp. and improved
mileage????

How does it change the engine sound?

Is it as easy to install as they say?

Does the MAF go on the filter end?

Do you need the filter maintenance kit?

I'll second that one....maybe if it was for the N/A 2.2 it'd be alright,
but from what I heard, the one for the turbo is a joke, bunch of plastic
shit. You'd be better off making something yourself, just buy a bracket
to fit the filter, and the filter, and do some customizing...that's what
I did about 4 years ago....works like a gem...the only thing I'm
planning on changing is building a chamber to separate the filter from
the engine so it doesn't get so much hot air.

I've heard from multiple sources that it's "Junk".

I will be getting a Turbo intake fabricated by a local shop called
Modern Garage. It will be of the highest quality and
workmanship and will probably be over $200, but well worth it.

I'm not sure when i can get in to have them look at the car as is,
but i'll keep you all apprised of the progress.
