New Coil/Wires/Plugs STILL Arcing - Update on Bogging Thread

Ok, I have another post regarding my on going hesitation and bogging on my 94 SS.

If you've followed my progress on this....here is my dilema now.
First of all. I replaced a few of the grounds under the hood tonight with some 4AWG wire and ring terminals. Right now I've done the battery to core support and battery to transmission. I also cleaned up the grounds on the driver's side by the strut mount.
After I test drove and the car was really seeming to run better (it always runs pretty good when its cold since I've been replacing stuff).
After a nice 12 mile spirited drive my bogging/hesitation came back. Seems not as bad but there is still something wrong with this car. So, I pull it in the garage and its doing its normal hot idle slight miss.
I pop the hood just to see how my ground were doing and I noticed that my brand new Diamond Coil was arcing in the EXACT same place as the orignal (which is why I replaced it). Then I happened to notice that I came produce this arc NOT ONLY on the coil but I can get a nice blue spark out of a wire on either side of the coil by snapping the throttle (now this only works most of the time).
So, now this car has completely thrown me for a loop. Because I'm assuming this ignition problem (which I thought I had fixed with the new parts) is my slight idle miss and hesitation/bogging problemo.
I just find it hard to believe that the first set of wires (that came on it), a set off a parts car I pulled, and the new wires would be bad. I also find it really hard to find that all three of the coil packs that I have had on this car (including the brand new latest model Diamond coil - which is on there now) are bad.
Anyone, guys/gals, ladies/gents have ANY idea or clue why I might still be seeing this arcing on the coil and wires after what I have replaced? Because I just do NOT get it....haha
