Recently broke down and bought one. Was wondering what the number 8 Brown Sensor Ground (EMS ground reference) wire was for?
Since each sensor to the stock ECU has its own respective ground the only thing i can think would apply from the diagrams would be 'B48.21 Sensor Ground'
All my numbers look fine except my boost readings are high, but thats because i tried to hook up the stock pressure sensor with a smaller scale then the Zt-2 2.5 Bar sensor i didnt buy.
Is it possible to modify the scale in the program? Or am i just going to have to calculate the difference and adjust my numbers into an excel graph?

I don't recall if mine has that brown sensor ground. I'll have to look.

Chances are, it's just a reference so the reference voltages remain constant/similar.

I don't believe there's any way to scale the boost sensor.

What I'm probably going to do is hook up my MAF sensor to the TPS input, and the stock pressures sensor to the additional output, and just use the function for the stock boost sensor to calculate the boost pressure in an excel spreadsheet.

I just hooked up my MAF to the user input, its nice to see how it responds relative to the other inputs. Are the OE pressure sensors 2 bar? trying to figure out the difference to what its reading so i can adjust the excel graph

This thing is defiantly worth the investment. Now i just need something to control my larger injectors and get past the maxing MAF

I don't mean to Hijak the thread but I was considering buying one of these units. But I have a few questions if someone can help.

First does the unit come with the boost/map sensor or do you have to order it seperate?

I see that it comes witht he Bosch O2 sensor, I have read that you can use the narrow band output to feed the stock ECU (at least I think thats how I read it) does this mean that the Bosch that comes with it will feed the Narrow band output to the stock ECU or do you have to run a second O2 sensor to the unit for the ECU?

It does not come with the boost sensor, as I recall, it is somewhere around $70.

The simulated narrowband output comes out of the Wideband control unit, and simply replaces the signal wire from the narrowband O2 sensor, so you can effectively do away with your stock 3 wire narrowband sensor
