turn signal flasher(where is it?)

where is it? I hear the little clicking behind the the glove box, is this where it is? Cause recently my right blinker went into flash fast mode(like a bulb was out). But no bulbs are out so im stumped i think its the flasher so i gotta find and replace it, unless anyone has any other ideas...
