More rust...

I looked under the trim around the winshield on the driver side, and found 1 clip cracked, a crack in my windshield, and alot of rust. I sanded it down and doesn't seem to be rusted through, but i just sanded it down temporairily and gave it a coat of rust paint. So now i need to go to my body shop and get a estimate for the windshield and the rust, how much should the guy charge me?
Oh and that trim piece on the side isn't sitting TIGHT with the glass, and there is windnoise, but not the wind noise that sounds like its coming from the door seals, more like a its coming from that trim. Possible that it is that trim creating the noise or am i just being stupid and its the seals?
