I just installed my zeitronix. The car would idle before hand and would rev. After the install, the car will no longer start.
I didnt use any of the other inputs and Im waiting to install my egt sensor.
Do I have to plug the unit into my laptop to set the o2 to the simulated narrowband, or is it set by default?

It should work out of the box....even without any O2 sensor hooked up.
Recheck your wiring.

the zt2 works perfectly - the car will crank over now and not start... I have a lot of vacuum issues though that I need to address... This is the initial starting of the car though.... I had it idling before the zt2 install and now it doesnt want to...

As I said....check your wiring and where you tapped into things at the ECU. It's very uncommon for stuff to just break or not work.
Check the wiring for a loose/disconnected connector....check near the ECU and in the engine bay.

Ok, everything functioned perfectly today. Took the car for a brief drive and I was hitting a wall at 3k rpm. Wayyyy to much flow with the 550s. I scaled back the injectors 20% at 3k rpm at the low throttle point and I was able to rev past 3k rpm.
The safc II appears easy to use and I really need to hook up more of the zeitronix inputs and start to datalog. I wish I had a friend (who had half a brain) who could spend some time tuning with me....
Also have to install the rest of my gauges. Hopefully I can do that on Saturday...
I took some pics of my partial gauge setup and the car... Ill upload them when I have a spare second.
