What does it need to pass inspection?
Does everything work properly? (tranny aside)
Does the sunroof leak?
When was the timing belt last replaced?
No trouble lights? (CEL , ABS , Air Bag, etc.)

Is it drivable with the tranny acting up? What is it doing?

New tires (if you want to use the tires on it now) Altough I have the OEM rims with good tires mounted on that will be included. Front Left outer tie rod. The mechanicals is sound engine, turbo, emissions control system (no CEL). The Airbag light is on though because some work was done on the ignition switch recently and the airbag wiring had to be disconnected. No the Airbag light will not go off. Maybe this can be easily fixed. The A/C compressor des not work (low refridgerant most likely).

All other accesories are excellent. Sunroof functions flawlessly.
New Subaru timing belt along with engine seals were done in May. Trans went for a dump thereafter. The trans shifts gears good but noise in the tranny pops up above 40kms. It can be driven with the noise however.
