turbo idenifacation?

just want to know what my turbo is? my turbo is in my lap right now lol, and it says
Turbo.Spec. VF 48506 is that a vf 11? or what? im confused how u find out what the number is after vf...
im new to the boost

Oh...that's a turbo for an EA82T engine...the 1.8 liter found in the GL-10's, RX's, etc. from the 80's
It is considerably smaller than a VF11 even...so they aren't really good for more than like 8 psi...
And don't fit EJ up-pipes or downpipes
