We picked up a spare bumper beam for $8 I think
Then we used the spare turbo bumper cover to mark and mock up where the lights were going to be.

The red area is where we cut out of the bumper because the fogs would be sitting within this area,
The green part is an L shape bracket that the fogs would be mounting to.
To explain better, this is a REALLY BAD paint of what this would look like from the side to explain better what the cutting and welding was.

We took the original Fog brackets and cut and welded them to look like this:

So they could easily attach to the L bracket.
The purpose of all of this was so the fogs would have some up and down movement for adjustment and some left to right adjustment.
Other than the L bracket welding to the bumper, The rest could have been done with a dremel and the fog brackets could have been made out of slowly bending aluminum rather than using the JDM brackets and cutting and welding.
