2.2T swapping to 2.5sohc heads what else do I need?

Sorry if this has been covered, I was reading and reading post after post, I think I got to page 10 or 11 then gave up, All I saw was stuff about the 2.5dohc heads..

To start, Im new to suby's and just my second day owning a 94 2.2T. Bought the car for 1,000.00 and drove it home from brighton to Arvada. It had a stumble so I started to look into the stumble and found a plug hole stripped out. The #4 cyl spark plug hole is stripped out so Im thinking it time to upgrade the heads to the 2.5sohc heads. Has anyone done it?
The reason for the SOHC heads are they were hella cheap and Im going to replace the exhaust Valves in the head due to the timing belt breaking.

Now to start,

1----On the passenger head I see the sohc 2.5 head has a cam "cup" sticking out,(not sure of the name for it) and on the 2.2 head it doesnt, Will that hit the turbo/up pipe?

If it does hit It not a problem to make a new up pipe

2----Do you run the 2.2T intake manifold or the 2.5 manifold? if the 2.5 manifold what are you doing for the throttle body and Idle air controll valve?

3----If you run the 2.5 manifold will the turbo hit runner #2?

4----whats a good source for oil for the turbo?

best thing to do is have both motors out side bye side and then test fit everthing to make sure it will work. but its going to be long and lots of money.

best bet is get turbo heads and your life is easyer and intake manifold.
