I am not sure of the Canada dealerships, but I ordered the last ones here in the US.

You will want to take those numbers to your dealership and see what they can make of it.

The numbers might even be different.
I just went to the dealership, told them the car, and what piece I wanted. They did the rest of the work.

Switch ay is the switch assembly, the plug is for a blank plate to put in the other hole.

When it came as a unit, you bought the plate, the fog switch and a plug for the second hole.

Amazed you could get them.
I was told the dealer's don't have any more in inventory in the US.

Guess I was lied to.

dscooby...
How did you wire your switch... Does it light up with the dimmer?
When you push it does it light up?

Yes on both questions.

You should be able to splice into the harness wires behind the switch for the dimmer lights.

As for the other wires: run a positive accessory wire through the switch and out the other end into the engine bay.
You will need to run a ground out for the light indicator on the switch.

Then put the relay in the engine compartment and run a accessory on from the fusebox to the relay and then out to the light.

If you have any other questions, shoot me a PM
