i don't know.

normally on HID kits that i've seen bi-xenon and high/low are the same thing.

and then in the description for one of the types it says that it's an H3 bulb.

so i dunno. seems like a kind of sketchy website to me. there are some on ebay that look a little more promising than that.

just my $.02

if you have to pass an inspection, you may fail if you do a conversion.
conversions are in a very grey area right now. the federal DOT has ruled that these "conversion" kits are not legal for use under the FMVSS.
just an FYI

don't be a ricer. Buy hella rally 4000 hids instead!

My thoughts on the subject:

It's not even legal to sell those things in the US.

also, hey what's up Chris? Haven't seen you on here in awhile. I take it you're spending some time on the rally car though. The party at rim of the world this year got really out of hand.

I've traveling alot and have not had time for special stage or here. I was in Germany for one week, then Hungry, then of course down in Costa Rica. Throw in visits around the East coast then this does not leave much time. I'm having fun in the Legacy going to work and can't wait for the snow to play. Rally wise no much action there as I keep missing events. I will most likely buy a cheap rally car in Costa Rica one day. Regarding the HID's they are for some guys in Costa Rica so anything goes down there. I did think of some for the Legacy as we all known the orignal light are crap. Anyway good to hear you still go to the rally parties. I sure miss them and the folks there.

Thanks for the info
