98 RS 2.5 Twin Cam Solid Lifter Heads

Here are a few thoughts about heads.
The EJ22T has one cam per bank, actuating all four valves per cylinder
through hydraulic valve lash adjusters. 80 to 1.00 compression ratio.
The 98 2.5 has twin cams and solid lifters. It has as much horsepower
(but slightly less torque) in NA form than than a stock turbocharged
EJ22T. Displacement does not account for this much on an increase, so
it must breathe better. Perhaps its higher compression (9/1 I think,
maybe 9.5/1). The heads clearly have "NA" cast into them, which makes
me think they are somehow less "bulletproof" than true twin cam turbo
solid lifter heads.
Just to throw you a curve, the 99 RS 2.5 heads went back to a single
cam, with solid lifters and those are a little hotter than the 98 twin
cam heads.
If a person could put the 98 2.5 heads on an EJ22T engine and drop in
some super duper pistons, it could possibly be the "poor man's" 22B
engine for North American enthusiasts.
Let's hear some other opinions on this.
