Quaife ATB Diff

Does anyone know anything about the Quaife Automatic Torque Biasing
Diff?
It's available for the Impreza for $1395. Is it the same as a TORSEN
Diff or is it something completely different?
The price is about the same as the KAAZ diff, isn't it?
