Do you mean the blower fan, the one that blows air for the heater and air conditioner? Or do you mean the radiator fan?
I am guessing you mean the blower fan. The blower relay sometimes goes bad. It is high up behind the driver's side dashboard. It is a bare metal can with a clear/white connector.
Sometimes my blower stops blowing. I kick the dash hard and it starts to work again.

dang, your car is totally different than the USDM ones.
I've had both A/C and non A/C cars 90-94 and none have had a setup like that. I'd pull the control head and check for power going into the switch and then the switch itself.
none A/C

in a word: yes
the bad part is the time and work it takes is considerable.

if it only works on 4 and not on 1, 2, or 3 then the resistor behind the glove box is bad.
if it doesnt work on any speed the fan motor cold be bad. to test this reach under the dash below the glove box and find the canister that is about the same size as a oil filter, that is the fan motor. you should set the fan to 4 and then grab the motor and then shake it and tap on it. that could make the motor start.
if that doesnt work then you may need a new fan motor.
there are a couple other possibilities too but i would start with those tw options first while troubleshooting.
controler
