Dohc swap questions please help!

So I blew a head gasket about a year ago and decied to do a dohc swap on my boosted ej22. So I get everything put back together and and find out I do not have compression on the driver side due to bent intake valves. I replace the valves and add sti valve springs and retainers to all 4 cyc. I also throw in a walboro 255lph, megan racing fpr, parrell fuel line mod, and a used set of 270cc red top injectors.
My car will not start! After about 1 min of turning over it floods and I take my plugs out and let dry out through new spark plugs in the car and the same thing happens again. I have noticed that on my fpr I do not hold pressure. When I crank the car it jumps to 40psi and as soon as I stop cranking the pressure drops back to 0psi. Could I have mixed up the two little lines when installing the pump? Or could I have a bad injector/seal.
When timing the car I line the cams up with the marks on the pulleys to the marks on the belt, and line the crank pully up with the mark under the cas right? I have checked my timing numerous time believe its dead on but just want to make sure. Also I checked compression and have 100 psi in all 4 cyc. Also when I did the head dohc swap I used sti valve springs and retainers do I have to check shim size? I saw a small gap between the valve and head with the sti spring set up what would this do to my car?
My car has been sitting for over a year and I would really like to get it running again and need your help. Thanks

If you have buckets, and/or shim/buckets ALL the (16) valves have to be checked for proper clearance!

Yes you could have mixed up the in/out fuel lines.

Crank gear.... did you use the arrow or the slash mark? for timing?

Stock ecu and harness from a 94 Bc sohc motor. Slash mark for timing. Also I was very careful to make sure that I put the same shim under bucket lifters in the same valve they cam from. Does the sti spring and retainer change my clearence? Thanks
