Found some deep scratches on my cylinder head

Hmmmm
I was examining cylinder head (#1 and #3) and found several deep scratches at the front camshaft journal bore. This could have happened as I tapped the cam out of the cylinder head but I didn't see it at the time. The camshaft itself is fine and still measures within specifications. Is this cylinder head trash ?
