Hey there,
I have a post-facelift 1992 Legacy, and both tail lights are pretty much damaged.
Can I put the tail lights of a 1991 Legacy on my 1992, or have there been any changes apart from the design?

Nope, the 90-91 MY's are not interchangable with the 92-94 MY's.
