ej22k ej20t hybrid help!

Ok, so i've done some homework and from what i read, if i mate my ej20k heads onto a ej22t shortblock with ej22t head gasket my compression ratio would be 7.5:1 which is to low for my liking.
I've been looking at this site and seems to be a good deal.

However if i were to mate my ej20k heads with a shortblock with wiseco 8.5:1 compression ratio, what does the compression ratio turn out to be?
Im new to this so a little help would be appreciated. Im trying to achieve 8.0:1 so I could maintain my stock ecu. (sti version4)
Also, what is everyones thoughts of K1 technologies rods. Good/Bad?
