valve question

so rumor has it i might have a cracked valve, causing a crappy idle after long periods of just running on vacuum.
what are some other symptoms of a bad valve?

wait no thats not what i meant! If you wanna find out if you have something wrong with the engine internally do a leakdown test first. If you are getting a high percentage when the engine is warm then you know there is something wrong. I'd say anything about 15% leakage when warm is bad, keeping in mind this is a street car and all.

Bad valve? Massive oil consumption, loss of power, strange engine note.
