saw an article and i did a double take on the picture... a legacy with a million miles?? woot!!
the color of the backlight is not green tho

I'm going to have to say no... at least not a US model. The placement of the 80 km/h numbers are different relative to the odometer. Also as others have pointed out, the dial color

Also, the shape of the "needle post", or whatever the heck it may be called, is wrong. the Legacy's tapered with 2 45 degree angles, the one in your picture rounded...
or the simple fact that the Legacy has no white digit on its counter.

its a nissan speedo. and the white is for tenths not the millionth.
