Where do I buy a Whiteline Rear Swaybar?

Alright, I've purchased a 20mm WRX wagon front sway bar for my 91 turbo legacy and now I'd like to buy a 20mm rear sway bar and I found out that whiteline sells it.

Part number BSR17X

Question is, where can I buy one at? Not from whiteline either. They want $152 for shipping which comes out to $381

That's too much. I searched google for the part number and found an old post on ultimate subaru message board from a dealer in the US that was selling them for $145.

OK well I guess I didn't think to check their vendors and found out Global Performance parts carries whiteline products and I checked their website and it says it's in stock for $193 plus like $17 for shipping. Which is way better. That's the the 20mm adjustable swaybar.

Do I need an adjustable sway bar? Probably not. Would I really want to adjust it down to 18mm again?

Now I'm really confused. I searched for BSR17XZ and it comes up with a 20mm rear sway bar for $245 but if I search for BSR19XZ it comes up with the same thing for $193.

Something is not right here.

The chart here is helpful... But the vendor isn't helpful since they are a Nissan shop and don't know the in's and out's of our cars...

Or call Dale here if you want to speak with someone knowledgeable...Nice guy.

It's the same bar, but BSR17XZ comes with special endlinks that work with the 91 lateral link. The 92-94 have a different lateral link and you can re-use the stock endlinks, so the BSR19XZ does not include anything but the bar and bushings.

Alright, thanks. So I need the BSR17XZ bar then for my 91?

Does it come with new bushings for everything or do I have to reuse 170K mile bushings?

Whiteline kits usually come with bushings, as the bar is usually a different diameter than the stock bar. That's the point, right? Someone had a set of those 91 style drop links for sale, email me...

Get the BSR19XXZ.

It's 22mm but you can just leave it at full soft. I can call a few places tomorrow to find out our price on it if you'd like.

It does come with urethane bushings. It may not be a bad idea to pick up some 04-07 Impreza rear mounts, which are stronger, along with W0406-22 bushings for them.

It's exactly what I'm doing. When I build Robi's car I'm going to ask for some of my payment in whiteline parts.

Thanks that would be nice.

Where do I get the bushings for the impreza mounts?

My WRX wagon front sway bar is out for delivery right now! Should be here when I wake up.
