Local dyno shop in Seattle is $125 for 2-4 pulls. If you can find a local 'dyno day' can be considerably cheaper.

yeah it's generally at least $75 for awd cars. Look in the nasioc local section and check out the vendors there to see who has a dyno. Or search or whatever. TopSpeed is in GA. They have a dyno or would know where to go that is closer.

I pay $100 an hour for tuning my own car on a four wheel Mustang dyno.
Hit up your local hot-rod shops to find out who has a four wheel dyno in your area, if any.

well i have a fwd so i am assuming it would be cheaper. and how would i go about tuning my car. also how exactly do they dyno it. do they go through all the gears or do they stay in one

They stay in one gear. Tuning would require the ECU to be tuneable -- which it is not without aftermarket managament.
