The allen wrench stored in the underside of the center console lid? Anyone know what its for?

To retract the auto-seatbelts in case of failure. Might also be used to close the sunroof when it fails too.

I didn't know about the seatbelts. Just thought it was for the sunroof.

That thing came in handy when I took my sunroof out to reseal it, and had to open and close it out of the car on the garage floor.

Huh. None of my cars have ever had a sunroof, or an owner's manual, for that matter. So I had no idea.
I guess you learn something new every day. Such is the power of the LC.

Where is the access plug to use the wrench on the power seatbelts if they fail? I also did not know this was for the seatbelts.
