Clarify::BK suspension on a 91 SS

i ve sourced a 98 ' legacy wagon GT in fair condition and i m grabbing the suspension for a 91ss
so i understand clear enough , as i remove the entire setup from the wagon , am i able to apply it directly to the 91 / or / must i use the upper and lower spring perches from the 91 in combination with the 98 springs and struts ?
If you have a....And want strut/spring combo......Then you need
90-91 AWD....GC/GM/GF (93-2001impreza)........FP, RP
.......................GD/GG (2002+ Impreza)................FP, RP, SPT
.......................BD/BG (95-99 legacy)....................FP, RP

I believe you'll need to swap only the strut tops from your car onto the BD stuff. On some BC/BJ's the rear upper spring perch and strut top were a one-piece unit, but I can't remeber which cars had what. As long as the diameter of the spring is the same at the top, your upper perches will work. If your rear springs are tapered, you'll need upper perches/top hats from a BC/BJ/GC/GF with non-tapered springs to fit the BD springs.

alright i typ-oed the previous post its a BK 98 lego wagon 2.5GT
i manage the setup is similar aside from the rears being a smite taller

if you have the whole assemblies
ie strut spring perch tophats, then the fronts are bolt in, in the rear, i believe you will need to find 92 - 94 rear tops.
i'm actually looking for 90-91 rear tops and then could trade my 92-94 tops
to bad ur on the other side of kanata eh

good news and Good news ...
i have 1 93 legacy LS 4eat that is a donor vehicle for the 91 ss so i have the tops i need to attach the 98 suspension , seeing what s said is correct and soon as this random white stuff dissapears i ll post you the 91tops there in kanuckistan
i m driving the 93 until the weather warms up

ok i m wondering on the spring rates for the BK wagon also , i realize the rear is stiffer which izz what i m after , paired with the sway bar from the GT it should be pretty tight- someone know of the spring rate for the 98/BK legacy GT2.5 ? ? far as i m able to tell its not listed
