MI STATE POLICE

I cant believe this! I have been pulled over by the MI state police twice and they seem to be newbies. Northern Michigan must be the training grounds for them. I saw the cop do a u-turn on the hwy headed to the casino here in manistee and when he finally decided to catch up i just pulled over. I was almost stopped on the side of the road before he turned on his lights. He prya thought that was odd. Getting to the point I have been pulled over twice because of the BOXER RUMBLE!!! They thought it was an exhaust leak and I realized thats what they were talking about the first time! Tonight I got pulled over for it and my windshield which i need to get fixed! Also for my 35% green tinted windows. Anyways i explained to the state trooper that it is how these cars sound because of the unequal length headers and that if you put an aftermarket muffler on it then you will notice it otherwise you dont. He just looked at me and looked pretty confused. I thought it was pretty funny actually.

He was probably talking about the noise level not the sound of it.

Yeah I guess so but no ticket ever. They think we live in detroit or something lol where people actually get shot. Mostly only newbies even care bc they are doing things by the book. The city cops just leave me alone they realized that im not doing anything that bad my and i am not a criminal over dumb stuff like that. Being nice and stuff helps out a lot too.

if your tint is too dark so as they cannot see if you are wearing a seat belt. A couple of weeks ago there was a cop at the start of an on ramp that was out of his car, looking to see if people were wearing their seatbelts, he waved me down and the seond the window was all the way downa dn he saw i had a seatbelt on, he waved me to go.

Whos knows cops are sometimes pretty blind. I was the passenger in a cavalier without tinted windows and they still pulled us over and accused me of not wearing a seatbelt. This was prya 4 yrs ago but he pissed me off accusing me of that and almost gave me a ticket for that just bs. A friend of mine also got a seatbelt ticket when he was wearing one but didnt fight it...i probably would have though even just for the morality of it.
