Passenger seatbelt diagram needed.

I've got a 1991 NA wagon chassis harness with a turbo sedan front harness. before i did my turbo swap my passenger seatbelt would retract fine, now it just stays up all the time (altho it's not too much of a hassle, i would like it to work properly) if i force the belt to go down by the mirror and open the door then close it the belt goes back up to it correct position.
so im wondering if anyone has had this before and knew which exact wires i needed to move in the harness or maybe someone can help me out with some diagrams....
thanks in advance

Probably has something to do with the door switch. It doesn't see the door opening. Start there.

as far as i know it sees the door opening, the overhead light comes on and the dashboard indicator shows it's open

The overhead light is the little push button switch. The seat belt switch is actually in the lock/lever mechanism. They're two different things. If you take a screw driver you can try moving the lock/lever catch closed and see if the seat belt closes. If it doesn't try pushing a little more, and that may give you an idea if the switch is bad.

so i pulled the codes and swapped out the whole lock mechanism and still doesn't work.
the code was 31 "Ignition switch is on with key warning switch left off"
i don't think i even have the key warning switch anymore...
while i was away at "big boy camp" some crackheads had stolen the car from my ex and messed the ignition all up.
anyways i still don't see how the key thing would stop the passenger belt from retracting.
and i know that it did work before i put the turbo front harness in. if it helps i also did swap out the driver and passenger door (forgot to add that) Is there a seperate relayfor the passenger door belt?
Also where is Fuse #22
