AIR suspension ECM location

From what I've read on here, most systems have their own ECM. Trans, Engine, Seatbelts, etc. One post I found says the air suspension has it's OWN ECM. IF so does anyone know where it's located? Since my car no longer has air ride, all components were left intact for it from the previous owner (save for actual suspension components), so removing it would be benficial to my cash flow along with other parts from the air ride junk :) I know the seat belt ECM is in the rear pass strut area :)

Thanks

Matt

It's under the front driver's seat. Here's a pic. It's labeled A/S Control Unit

is it tied to anything, or can it be removed with no side effects?

Should just be the air suspension.
