I swapped in a turboed N/A motor into my N/A '90 auto using turbo heads, intake, etc. I'm running the stock N/A ECU for now and everything was fine for a week or so. One night, it died two blocks from home and gave me codes 22, 24, and 32. I played with stuff a little, but I really didn't do anything but I got it started back up and got it home. It hasn't started since. I cleared the codes and tried again, only getting codes 22 and 24. I don't see why the knock sensor would keep it from starting, so I don't really suspect that. Does code 24 refer to the IAC? Would that cause a no start?

FYI, I am planning on swapping in my turbo ECU but I don't have everything I need for it yet. I assume I'll still have this problem so I want fix it first anyway.

Regardless of codes, in my experience, most no-starts can be traced back to bad crank or cam sensors. Check all motor related grounds and all connectors.

If is seems like it may be dumping fuel, check the coolant temp sensor.

Have you physically checked for spark and fuel pressure?

Being a failure in small timespan from a motor installation it seems like a connector/wiring related issue. The cam/crank/knock sensor wires that run to the back of the block temd to get very brittle with age and heat. When they get that way any little movement (such as unplugging them) can cause them to break internally.
