So I was wondering through my favorite local junk yard grabbing some dual piston calipers and I my jaw dropped when I saw these VW Special Edition VR6 BBS wheels. I was looking at these online and they go for a lot. So when I saw these I ran and grabbed them.

They are 5x100 15" with low profile tires and they're SUPER light. I bought them to put on my car but I figured I'd try and see if I could make some money on them. So I have no pressure to sell these.

Looking at getting $350 plus shipping. that's less that they go for on Ebay ... at least when I was looking at them a few weeks ago.

Willing to replace the center caps with straight silver ones.

Offset number is typically stamped on rim somewhere...

i didnt see the offset number printed but they're 7.5 inches wide, and the offset measures out to be around +32mm ... i'd better go recheck that .... that doesnt sound right at all

OK so I guess Im retarded and cant figure out the offset. Sooo I went and put them on my car and tested it myself.

Here's a side shot, I would say with factory suspension these would look nicer without lowpro tires ... that's my opinion.

Here's a shot from the rear. You can see that they don't stick out.

And here's one from underneath. You can see the difference in the width from stock 14" steels

The only thing I'll say is that the lugnuts are not fun to put on seeing as these wheels are designed for studs and have very deep holes. but if you double up the nuts in the socket its pretty simple.

Decided to put all the wheels on and drive it around just to be sure. It drives awesome. I'll have to drive it more to pinpoint exactly what, but I def noticed a nice difference.
