Fog Light Recommendation

I'm looking for a set decent set of fog lights:
-Under $100
-Round or oval (could mount in the locations show below)
-Amber or clear glass is fine
-Would like them to last a couple of years at least
Any recommendations or first hand experience?
I had my eye on something like this (which obviously could not mount in teh stock location):
