Two armrest questions

The first question is - When you open the arm rest, and look at the bottom of the cover there is the tool, and a space for something to be held in by a clip. What is supposed to go there?

The second question is - I've seen pads that raise the level of the armrest and inch or two. Is there such a pad available for '94s?

Thanks!

Money? lol idk, both my 94 TW and SS both never had anything in the clip. The angled tool is to be able to manually crank the sunroof.

I think the tool can be used for something else too. At least I think I saw it in the manual...

But I see that space for something to be clipped in... I wonder if it's maybe for a JDM documentation?

It's for an allen wrench to manually move the motorized mice seat belts on the earlier cars if they get stuck or stall.

the clip is a business card holder or something to that effect. My G35 has one above the door which is more handy.
