Need help wiring ignition timing on the PP6

So I have had a problem tuning the ignition timing on my PP6...if you basically change any values in the ignition map it will misfire all over the place.
I want to double check that the wiring is correct. I need to know the color of the ignition timing wire from the PP6 and where it needs to be spliced into the ECU wiring.
I have a 91 SS.

Thanks for the file.....I will check that against my wiring in the next couple of days and report back with the findings.
opefully I can get this resolved before my dyno tune on the 7th.

I forgot to mention that I am running thr PP6 with a MAP sensor. Would this affect any of the wiring in the writeup?

What do you mean? Your trying to use the PP as a MAP based system?
If so, I don't really see how you will be able to do this. The sensor response curvers are completely different between a MAF sensor and a MAP sensor. MAF sensors have parametric response curves, while MAP sensors have linear response curves.

I have a PP MAP sensor hooked up (little blue box about 1/4 size of the PP6) that has a vaccum line hooked to the manifold and a couple of wires spliced in. I am not sure how this works with the MAF but its been working good for the past year, as far as fuel map goes.
I am going to try to create a diagram of how the MAP and PP6 are spliced together and to the ECU. Maybe then you can help me figure out what is really happening, since I am a noob when it comes to electronics.

OK....went crawled under the dash and noted all the wiring for the PP6 and the MAP.
The MAP has 3 wires (B/R, Y, B) and a vaccum line that is tapped in to the intake manifold.
The B/R from MAP is spliced with the R pin#13 from PP6 and T'd into B48.2
The B form MAP is spliced with the B pin #1 from PP6 andT'd into F47.15....not the F47.14 like in the writeup....but I think that is ok, both are grounds
The Y from MAP is a straight connection to the Br pin#7 from PP6....this I don't understand.
NOw the ignition stuff....looks like all the wires you listed for ignition to cyl 1/2 are switched to cyl 3/4 and vice versa. I am guessing that this is causing the car to misfire when any values are inserted into the ignition map. Does this make sense?
Also the B/W pin#10 on PP6 is spliced into the harness side of B48.9 along with the L pin#6 from PP6
B/Br pin#22 and G/Y pin#11 are not hooled up at all.
Let me know what you think. Mainly I just want the ignition stuff to work when I go get tuned.
Thanks

I'll have to take a closer look when I get some time at the PP wiring.
As for the ignition stuff, yeah I would tend to agree with you about your comments. If they are wired backwards, that could mess things up.

Swapped the ignition wires that were in question yesterday and I am getting tuned today in a couple of hours. I will post and let you know if the ignition adjustments work....crossing my fingers, thanks for the help.

The ignition adjustment seems to be fixed even though we didn't really use it in the tune. It definitely was not misfiring all over the place like before.
I did fry the ignitor by leaving the key in the on position with the engine off. Lesson learned.

I don't understand why the perfect powers do this, but yeah Doug has experienced this issue as well.

Here is the pic of inside the fried ignitor.....looks like the center connection burned out.
I would be interested knowing what that center pin actually is.
