So i am rebuilding an EJ22E from a 92 legacy which will be going into a 98 leggy. I was wondering, can i use the 92 engine harness on the 98? I know that obd1 and 2 have some differences. And am just curious, I would like to make this swap a simple drop in and go. Thanks.

I would say probably not.

I think on the 2nd gen legacies they ran the engine harness from the back of the engine instead of behind the battery. More than likely, even if they did run it behind the battery, the connector is going to be different.
