Antler car

Driving home along I-405 from hiking today and up ahead we spot this weird looking car in the distance. Only able to snap one crappy cellphone picture before he got off on an exit.
*sigh* Why?

I've seen the fuzzy versions on cars as a kind of Christmas decoration (as well as other styles for different holidays).
