Ecu identification? Turbo or not

I've got two ecus sitting here a 90 ej22 non turbo and a 92 ej22 turbo.
Numbers on one are (left to right) mecf-m61 a1 00556. 22611 aa694 1Z27 a1 m8
the other mecf-m03 a1 03768. 22611 aa562 9X24 a1 B9.
Any help? Can anyone break these numbers down for future reference?

The part catalog Josh posted in the top forum should have the details for each ECU. Or use
https://www.1stsubaruparts.com/part_number.html and it'll tell you the all models that use the part.

Thanks! It was correct I remember how I set them now. I'll write turbo on it just to be sure.
