Help on a 90 Legacy

Ok so i was trying to fix my HVAC controls today and put everything back together and realize my auto seatbelts, water temp gauge, tach, power windows dont work, any ideas? All fuses are good. What about a relay? any help is appreciated

Sounds like a short. How did you "fix" your HVAC controls? Did you try and unplug the HVAC and see if it worked again?
I'm imagining that if at this point you checked your grounds at the power windows or seatbelt motors you would find that they were bad.
