Car stalling when cold

So when my car is cold (first start up, or sitting outside for a long period of time) it will stall when I go a short distance and then put the clutch in when I stop (driving through a parking lot, ect.). I have no idea why it is doing this and it is starting to get really annoying. Anyone have any ideas?

Does the car run fine when it's warmed up? How old is the coolant temp sensor? Do you have any problems starting the car when cold?

The car runs fine once it is warmed up, I have never changed the coolant temp sensor since I've owned the car (only a year) but not sure if it has ever been changed. It starts fine when it's cold.

Have you checked for intake leaks? Also, what cj91legss mentioned.....are you running any kind of aftermarket BOV?

yeah an atmospheric/hybrid can really mess up your idle/starting/stopping at a light
