When I'm braking and right before my car comes to a stop I hear a loud click on the left side. An I hear some kind of click while I'm driving would that be a bad cv shaft?

Is it a single click or multiple clicks? Do the click(s) while driving vary with the car's speed?

One click when I'm breaking. And it's right at almost when I'm stopped and when driving the click doesn't seem to get louder but it may.

Loose pads or brake caliper bolt, causing shifting under braking force?

Nope I checked all that stuff. Everything bolt is tight.

What I'd suggest doing is jacking up the front and trying to move around some of the suspension components. I had a bad ball joint that was causing me a clunk, but until I removed the weight from the suspension I really wasn't able to find it.

I agree with Josh. It sounds like something shifting under movement and returning to position as the load changes back to its static position. It's always good to check the front end anyway.

I keep checking and checking. Everything is tight underneath. And now the passenger side is starting to. It clicks when I turn to if I'm slowing like I put the car in neutral and turn into my drive and it clicks twice.. My pads calipers are all tight as can be. So with my original question is it my cv axles?

It could be cv axles, but without hearing the noise it'd be tough to diagnose over the internet.

If you have a mechanic/shop you trust you could ask them what they're opinion is about the noise.

Alright. I've never had cv shafts so I have no idea what they do when going bad. But thanks for the help!
