EDM city lights and turns to corners

For those of you who have a 89 to 91 legacy that have put edm lights in, I think I have come up with an easy way to use the city lights as parking lights and then to move the turn signals up to the corners.

The plug on the end of my city lights didn't match up to anything I have seen on our cars. I had some various sockets and harnesses sitting around and lo and behold they were very similar so I removed the wires from the euro plug and everything matched up and the wires went right into the plug I had. I believe the pieces I got were from a 1st gen legacy corner llights. I think the turn signal is the same also. You will need 6 complete plugs to make the extension harness from eash of the corner lights to the city lights and then the turns to the corners.

The problem I was running into was the bulb and socket that is in the corners. To use the corners for turns the bulb really needs to be brighter like the 1156 that is in the turns now. Trouble is the hole is too small for the 1156 to fit through. What I found is a B15s socket that is an sdapter to run a G4 bulb. These are available from superbrightleds.com. I have a couple on the way now. I then found several G4 bulbs in the 20w range that will work great as turn signal bulbs except that they are clear and not amber. I know they used to make an amber paint for light bulbs that I am going to have to check into. The G4 bulbs I found are halogen or xenon, take your pick. I found them locally, but also on 1000bulbs.com.

All I need to do is visit the pick and pull for my plugs and make up my extension harnesses and come up with some of that bulb paint. If anyone can point me in the right direction for some of that let me know.
