Blower motor relay help!

Hey all, i'm having a hard time trying to locate the blower motor relay, I've looked through alldata and couldn't anything really just a vague picture so any help would be appreciated. Btw this is a 93 legacy sport turbo

Yes, it is wayyyy up in there way back basically on the driver's side fender. The connector is white, it looks similar to the fuel pump relay which is green. It is a lot easier to get to if you remove the rectangular thing right above the hood latch. It will most likely be on a bracket, I just took mine off the bracket and you can work on it from that rectangular cover.
