Custom Heat shield

Well I've been saying I'm going to do this for some time now. Well I actually got the stuff to do it this week, and it looks like I'm goin to have to bail. The way my filter comes down and the rest of the stuff on that side of the engine, I can't make the shield the way I want, without it looking totally cheezy. One part would be bent one way one the other it would not have a good anchoring hold....rather than bangin my head for hours on end. I'll get my money back for the material, and either wait till I get a better intake that would be better to make the shield for or if I get a brain child idea.
Oh well, I tried...better luck next time I guess. Don't know if it'd be any easier for the the turbo legacies. Mine sticks more front then off to the side where the fenderwell air intake is.
