Hey there,

I have stopped by this site quite a few times. I was told about this site by Douglas Vincent "Reddevil"
He is rather busy and haven't been able to get a hold of him.

I am going to rebuild my EJ22 on my 96 Legacy L. I was going to have the heads rebuilt was curious of a parts list.

Valve Guides
Exhaust Valves
Intake Valves
Head Bolts (?)

I know I am missing quite a bit of things.

It's probably going to be a lot easier and way cheaper to find some decent used heads and slap those on, unless you have a specific thing in mind like oversized valves , or you have some donor heads for parts already.

The valve guides and valves are probably going to be ok. You should have them checked, and have the valves ground & lapped by a machine shop. You should replace the valve seals though.

Personally, I would take the heads to a machine shop that knows Subarus and have them do a valve job on the heads. That will be most of the tedious work with the valves, and then you just need to reinstall them.
